We select personnel based on their abilities, through a background check on their criminal record, vision, and attitude. They should have the ability to control situations, excellent endurance, politeness, humility, and respect for others. They should also be willing to help others, be honest, and have integrity.
According to Article 34, the law specifies the details as follows:
Qualifications
1.1 Thai nationality
1.2 At least 18 years of age
1.3 Completed compulsory education according to the law on compulsory education
1.4 Obtained a certificate of completion of a security training course from a training center registered with the Central Registrar as per paragraph twoQualifications
2.1 Not suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction, or contagious diseases as determined by the committee
2.2 Not being mentally unstable, insane, or incompetent, or lacking ability
2.3 Not being a person who has committed a drug-related offense under the law, except for offenses committed negligently or offenses punishable by a fine or imprisonment for not more than three years prior to the date of obtaining the license, and not involving sexual offenses under the Penal Code
2.4 Not being a person who has had their security license revoked or suspended within the past two years up to the date of applying for a security license.
